Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original CELIA B packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly and all original designer tags are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
